OnePoint’s Denver Pharmacy Location to Provide Local Medication Dispensing, Same-Day Delivery and Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) Services to HopeWest
DENVER, CO. and GRAND JUNCTION, CO. — (Marketwired – December 1, 2015) – OnePoint Patient Care, a national hospice pharmacy services provider, announced today that it has reached an agreement with HopeWest in Western Colorado to serve all the pharmacy-related needs of HopeWest’s hospice patients in Mesa, Delta, Montrose and Ouray Counties. Under the agreement, OnePoint will provide efficient and accurate medication dispensing, next-day delivery, clinical support and Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) services customized to HopeWest’s needs.
