Sage Family of Companies was co-founded in 2018 by COO, Tabitha Droddy, and began as a single hospice and palliative care program in Scottsdale, Arizona. Under her leadership, the Sage Family of Companies has expanded its footprint throughout Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Georgia, offering a continuum of care in hospice, palliative, and primary care services.
Throughout the years, Sage Family of Companies has remained focused on their Mission “To provide the most compassionate, comprehensive, and qualified care to people with a life-limiting illness to serve them through their individual journey with dignity, respect, and integrity.” This patient-centric approach and commitment to quality has enabled Sage to continue expanding into underserved communities.
